| My son weighs 13 lbs and 8 oz. at 3 months old!! (for comparison, his cousin Katie is 8 months and weighs 12 lbs.) He is in perfect health, Dr. Citty said. He's strong though...he may try and walk by Christmas!He's also a huge flirt and loves to laugh and talk, even when his mouth is full. (Gotta work on table manners) I wanted to update on Tynian. IF it seems like I'm not around anymore, I am. I just stop in and read a lot more than I write, because Tynian is still a 24 hour a day job.  I love you guys. Ash | | |

| So far, Tynian is still a perfect angel. However, I'm told that I'm being lulled into a deluded state of tranquility before he begins to drive me crazy. I pray that these folks are wrong. Some babies are naturally more peaceful than others. I hope my son is one of them. Even if he's not, I'll still claim him to be an angel but I'll probably say it less often. Right now he's all swaddled up in his bassinet, asleep. He won't wake for another couple of hours, but he's so sweet. I just want to show him off to the entire world. This weekend at Tracie's wedding, I can't wait to introduce him to everyone, and let his Grandad and Uncle Adam see him again. Also, Jared and Jordan will get to meet him for the first time, as well as Aunt Holly. I hope it doesn't tire him out too badly. I want him to sleep pretty well, not fuss. He doesn't eat well when he's overtired either. We'll see though. Anyhow, if I'm going to be any kind of awake for his next meal, I need to catch some sleep. See you soon. | | |
| Tynian Rourke Hoover was born Tuesday, April 10th at 10:44 pm. He weighed 7 lbs., 3 oz. and measured 20 in. long. I have the most beautiful baby boy in the universe. He is so gorgeous and sweet tempered. I know that could change soon, but right now he is so perfect I can hardly stand it. I am so glad that he is finally here. I complained a whole lot the last couple months but he is so worth the wait and misery I was in. He's wonderful. I want to keep him this way forever! But then, all moms do to some extent. I'm excited...scared, but excited and I can't wait to show my beautiful son off to the world. Love, Ashley | | |
